If you’re running for office and your profile is not in the list of Candidates on the relevant election page, please submit your profile for addition using the form below.

Indicate the election you are running in as a candidate (ex: 2021 federal election)
Please provide Ward, Hamlet, Region, etc.
Provincial and Federal Candidates, please select the party which you represent.
If you selected "Other" in the Party Affiliation dropbox, please provide the name of the party here.
