Federal & Provincial elections in Canada are usually held every 4 years.   So that the date of the upcoming election is publicly known, some jurisdictions have passed legislation fixing election dates.  A list of these fixed dates can be viewed by clicking the button below.

Municipal Elections

Municipal Elections are held every 4 years in all provinces and territories in Canada with the exception of the Yukon where elections are held every 3 years and cities, towns and villages in the Northwest Territories which held every 2, 3 or 4 years.  Click the button below for the dates of the next upcoming elections.
