We are grateful to have such a talented and passionate group of mentors on board, who are committed to promoting excellence in the public policy sector and beyond. Operation Black Vote Canada welcomes our fourth co Operation Black Vote Canada welcomes our fourth cohort of 1834 Fellows, a phenomenal group of trailblazing Black youth from all corners of Canada! These young leaders have embarked on a 7-month journey to sharpen their skills, deepen their knowledge, and prepare themselves to become the next generation of public policy leaders in our country.

The program's mission is to empower, equip, and inspire young black Canadians to pursue careers in public policy and make a positive impact in their communities. This program is not only an opportunity for the Fellows to learn from seasoned policy experts and thought leaders, but also a chance for them to build a powerful network of peers, mentors, and allies who share their passion for creating a more just, equitable, and inclusive society.

As we welcome our fourth cohort, we are reminded of the incredible potential and resilience of Black youth in Canada. These young leaders are breaking barriers, challenging stereotypes and paving the way for a brighter future for all Canadians. We cannot wait to see the impact they will make on shaping Canada's public policy landscape and beyond.
